CASE STUDY

$60,000-$360,000/year In 6 Weeks

Tristan Thompson, founder of NextLVL and Catalyst partner up to fix the personal and business bottlenecks and hyper scale growth to $30,000/mo in weeks

Backstory

Tristen Thompson started Next LVL Media, a company that makes short videos for gamers. Even though they had some famous clients, they weren't making much money because they didn't have good systems to get and keep clients. Tristen also had a hard time staying focused, which made it tough to earn enough to support his family.

After watching some of Dylan Wilson's YouTube videos, Tristen applied to work with Catalyst. During the interview, Catalyst saw that Tristen had the talent to succeed but needed more consistency. When Tristen talked about his family and goals, Catalyst decided to help him.

When Catalyst looked closely at Next LVL Media, they found out why Tristen was stuck at $5,000 a month:

  • His offer and pricing were not good for growth.
  • He wasn't using his high-profile work to get more clients.
  • He was too involved in the work to grow the business.

Catalyst made a plan to fix these problems:

Pricing & Offer Adjustment

Catalyst and Tristen changed his offer to focus on what his clients really wanted, not just his editing service. They also increased his prices by 10x.

Marketing

Catalyst and Tristen then worked together to package up some of his high profile work by creating a series of video sales letters, social media content, and outreach scripts to market to prospecting clients.

Service Delivery Automation

Lastly, Catalyst and Tristen worked to systemize his service delivery by standardizing the process. Then Catalyst made the introduction to Tristen's now back end manager so we could remove Tristen from service delivery and scale the business.

Results

Within 6 weeks of making the changes, NextLVL media soared from $5,000/mo to $30,000/mo. Tristen "couldn't believe" just how much his life had changed this quickly. He was able to support his family and even treat himself to a brand new Cadillac
