$36k-$264k/yr Cleaning Agency In 6 Weeks

Two partners of a cleaning business agency partner Dickson and Andre partner with Catalyst Holdings to install a client acquisition system and add $35,000 in 6 weeks

Backstory

Dickson and Andre started a cleaning business agency together. They had a few clients, but they were only making $3000 a month. This was hard because Dickson lived in Australia and Andre lived in Canada. They found Dylan Wilson's YouTube channel and learned a lot from it. They decided to apply to work with Catalyst.

During the interview, Catalyst saw that Dickson and Andre wanted to succeed, but they didn't know how to grow their business. Catalyst believed they could help and invited them to join.

When Catalyst looked closely at their business, they saw why Dickson and Andre were stuck at $3000 a month:

  • Their offer and pricing were not good for growth.
  • They didn't have a system to get new clients.
  • Their sales process was weak.

Catalyst made a plan to fix these problems:

Client Acquisition System

Since Dickson and Andre didn't have a lot of money, Catalyst chose a cheaper way to get new clients through cold calling. They gave Dickson and Andre a script and set them up with a "high volume" system to quickly fill their calendar.

Offer And Pricing

Dickson and Andre were charging too little, which attracted bad clients and made it hard to deliver good service. Catalyst changed their offer to help bigger cleaning companies, introduced a "pre-payment" pricing model, and tripled their prices.

Sales Training

With their calendar full, Dickson and Andre sent their sales calls to the Catalyst team for review. After a few weeks of training and adjustments, the floodgates opened

Results

Within 6 weeks of making the changes, Dickson and Andre soared from $3,000/mo to $22,000/mo and collected $35,000. These boys "couldn't believe" just how much their life had changed and their biggest issue became to stay grounded and focused, despite all the success.

"Insane, we went from $3k to over $20k in a few weeks. My biggest thing right now is trying to stay grounded and not let my ego get the best of me"
