Backstory

Raiaan Reza is a 19 year old from Ontario, Canada who started a short form content agency for Real Estate agents. Despite having a really good service delivery, Raiaan was stuck making only a few grand per month. After investing into a few programs that failed to produce results he was left with no vision on how to scale.

After Catalyst helped a good friend of Raiaan (Ismail Barlas) scale from $0-$20,000/mo, Ismail recommended Raiaan get's in touch with Dylan. After jumping on a short call, Dylan agreed to help Raiaan alongside his friend Ismail.

When Dylan first started diving deep into Raiaan's business, we noticed right away the biggest issue was in his sales process. After completing past programs, Raiaan was using on a very rigid, high pressure sales process from the program he was in that was just not working in his sophisticated niche.

Offer Adjustment

Dylan sat down with Raiaan while at a coffee shop over zoom for 45 minutes to adjust his offer and developed his "new opportunity" angle

Sales Process Adjustment

The next problem we had to fix was Raiaan's sales process. Catalyst first took the time to explain to Raiaan the problem with his old sales process then worked together to rewrite a new one. This included provifing frameworks and ongoing sales training
